Family portraits are an important record of important events in a family's history. They make great gifts and brilliant memories.

I love to work with families, in studio if you prefer, but on location for me always works best. Children can run around happily and safely - people are more relaxed and the background looks so much more natural.

Whether in studio or on location, it's usually a little while before the cameras come out of their bag. Portrait photography is about people, capturing their character and personality - the things about them that you love! It's only by talking to them that I can learn what makes them tick, and then try to capture that through the lens.

Portrait sittings are arranged by appointment and prices start at £100 for a sitting including one 10 x 8 (or similar) print. Package prices for portrait groups and family sessions.
